When I worked in the solar industry, I saw firsthand how many growing companies operate without a dedicated FP&A function. Even with strong finance and data teams, strategic forecasting often wasn’t as deep or structured as it could be — and I realized this gap was common across service firms, startups, and multi-location franchises.

They had the numbers, but no story. And without that story, making smart decisions was harder than it had to be.

What inspires me is turning data into actionable insights that leaders can act on — now enhanced by AI technology that delivers enterprise-level intelligence in minutes, not weeks. Writing has always been my hobby, and finance my profession, so leading the launch of Nine Lives Strategy was my way to combine those passions with cutting-edge automation.

Now, I help smaller companies get the kind of forward-looking dashboards, forecasts, and insights that big consultancies charge a fortune for — but in a way that’s fast, personal, and affordable.
